Artist-activists Hilary Powell and Dan Edelstyn decided to liberate their neighbours from the tyranny of huge electricity bills. They wanted to turn their street into an energy-generating powerhouse, with solar panels on every roof, creating a prototype for a new way of living, with the hope of galvanising a wider push towards sustainable alternatives. POWER STATION is a vibrant portrait of a local neighbourhood and a testament to the power of art.
